What does integrative mean?
Integrative means taking a holistic approach to health and wellness by addressing all aspects of an individual’s life. This includes physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as external factors such as interpersonal relationships and lifestyle. The goal is to identify and address the root causes of challenges rather than just treating symptoms, promoting overall balance and well-being.
Do I need to do bloodwork?
No, bloodwork is not required, but we will make recommendations if bloodwork is desired.
Can I reschedule?
We’re happy to accommodate your schedule, but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, a $150 cancellation fee will apply.
If I miss my appointment?
If you are a no show a $150 cancellation fee will apply.

Is this covered by insurance?
Services are not covered by insurance, but we’re happy to provide invoices for reimbursement through your insurance.

Absolutely! Sessions are conducted online, so we can connect no matter where you’re located.
