Most people don’t know how good they can feel. I am on a mission to fix that.

Having spent over 25 years as a sales and marketing executive in the wellness industry, I understand firsthand how stress, high pressure and overwork can disconnect us from our essential vitality. Believe me, I’ve been there! 

My passion for movement and nutrition began early in life, as I watched my mother struggle to diagnose and manage the painful symptoms of her Crohn’s Disease. I saw how connected what she ate and how she felt were to her flare-ups — how even with the best treatments medicine had to offer, she never felt 100%. During my career building health and wellness brands and traveling the world, I discovered spiritual, mindful and alternative healing modalities while searching for new ways to help her feel better. 

When I faced my own health challenge, I needed these solutions too. Traditional medicine couldn’t account for my suddenly thinning hair, brain fog and haywire hormones. It was ultimately a naturopath that was able to diagnose this perpetually “off” feeling as PCOS and mercury poisoning. It was only after she helped me heal that I realized how much I’d been struggling. 

This journey led me to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My experiences with the transformative power of integrative medicine, movement, balancing my blood sugar and managing my thoughts whilst exploring alternative therapies, have restored my energy, emotional and physical health. I want to help you achieve the same.

Transform is an intensive program designed for individuals navigating busy schedules or those with long-standing health challenges that require focused attention and time for healing.

Through personalized 1:1 sessions, we’ll address the key pillars of your well-being—nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional health—particularly crucial during periods of stress or frequent travel. This program focuses on optimizing metabolic health and stabilizing blood sugar to help you achieve a leaner, stronger, and more energetic body.

I’ll create a personalized blueprint that includes nutritious menu planning to ensure balanced blood sugar, sustained energy, and the right macronutrients, as well as tools to handle unexpected challenges. By the end of the 12 weeks, you'll have greater metabolic resilience, a leaner physique, improved energy, and a fortified relationship with your overall well-being.

Whether you’re integrating this with your doctor or medical team or working independently, Transform will give you the tools for long-term metabolic health and lasting transformation. If needed, additional resources such labs, medical experts, stress management tools and resources within my network will be utilized.
